On October 14, 2026, Heyuan, Guangdong Province, China, Codaca electronic officially settled in and commenced production at its new industrial park in Heyuan, marking a new chapter for its magnetic components business. After more than two years of meticulous construction, the 52,000㎡ new industrial park was inaugurated as scheduled, signifying that Codaca has entered a brand-new phase of capacity expansion and smart manufacturing transformation.
With 25 years of expertise in magnetic component technology, Codaca focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of high current power inductors and molding power chokes. We consistently deliver high-quality inductors to empower the development of power supply systems, automotive electronics, renewable energy, industrial control, artificial intelligence and other industries.
1. Build a New Base to Consolidate the Foundation of Smart Manufacturing
Codaca Heyuan new industrial park is located at No.1 Longbin Avenue, Longling Industrial Park, Yuancheng District, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of 52,000 ㎡. It mainly engages in the R&D and production of power inductors, common mode chokes, transformers and other magnetic components. Construction of the project started in April 2024, and it was officially commissioned in Q4 2026. After commissioning, supported by automated production lines and a digital management system, the new park will achieve dual improvements in production capacity and product quality, to fulfill global customer orders more rapidly and reliably.
The new industrial park enables Codaca to comprehensively upgrade its R&D, production capacity and operational capabilities. It integrates a full range of functional sectors including magnetic material research, magnetic component manufacturing, R&D laboratories, product testing, warehousing & logistics, office facilities and amenity zones.
Codaca will introduce advanced automated production lines and precision testing equipment, and build standardized R&D laboratories to continuously enhance the production and delivery capacity of inductor products. By deploying a comprehensive digital and information management system, we will further optimize production workflows and strengthen quality control, delivering more stable and efficient supply chain guarantees for customers at home and abroad.
2. Pursue Innovation and Upgrade, Deepen R&D of Magnetic Components
The inauguration of Codaca Heyuan New Industrial Park represents far more than capacity expansion — it is an upgrade of Codaca’s innovation capacity. An R&D center is established within the park, staffed by an experienced technical team dedicated to magnetic component development. The team keeps advancing inductor product iterations by optimizing magnetic core material formulations and manufacturing processes, launching industry-leading inductors featuring high current resistance, low high-frequency loss, high temperature resistance and high voltage endurance. By continuously improving product performance, reducing component size, lowering power loss and enhancing reliability, we support the miniaturization, lightweight design and low-power upgrade of end devices, drive green technological innovation across the industry, respond to diversified market demands through technological innovation, and help our customers achieve breakthroughs in product performance.
A testing center is also built in the park, with professional teams of quality and test engineers equipped with a full portfolio of advanced analytical and testing instruments.
